Fiscal Year 2008 Requests for Proposals

The United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri is soliciting proposals to provide drug and/or alcohol counseling and substance abuse testing services; mental health counseling services; and sex offender counseling services; for male and female Federal offenders, for Fiscal Year 2008, which begins on October 1, 2007.

These individuals include persons on probation, supervised release, or parole, who are under the supervision of the United States Probation Office. This group could also include inmates in the United States Bureau of Prisons who are residing in Federal or residential re-entry centers, as well as persons on Pretrial status under the supervision of the United States Pretrial Services Office.

Any vendor capable of providing the services requested in the specified catchment area(s), is welcome to download the Request for Proposal and submit an offer to the U.S. Probation Office as outlined in the Request for Proposal.

Offers must be received at the U.S. Probation Office, 400 E. 9th Street, Suite 4510, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2007. Offers received after that time will not be considered.
